To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account using your mobile number. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any activities or actions under your account.
3. Invitation-only Events
FeelLive is designed for private events. Access to specific event spaces is strictly by invitation from the event owner or authorized administrators. You agree not to share your invitation links or access codes with unauthorized individuals.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use FeelLive only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of FeelLive.
5. Community Guidelines
Users are expected to interact respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or disruptive behavior towards other guests or hosts within any event space will result in immediate account suspension.
6. Media Upload Rules
You must only upload photos and videos that you have the right to share. You agree not to upload explicit, offensive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any media that violates these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The FeelLive platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by FeelLive and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Event Owner Responsibilities
Event owners are responsible for moderating their private spaces, managing their guest lists, and ensuring that their event complies with all applicable laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FeelLive, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
10. Account Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
